Wooden Skiff
In May of 2021, I embarked on the project of building my own wooden rowing skiff. Starting from nothing but a trailer of live-sawn cedar and a bucket of copper nails, this project served as a fast paced introduction into the rich culture of maritime craftsmanship on the Maine coast.

RC Aircraft
Ever since a child, I've always had a fascination for flight; so when I got the materials needed to build my own RC airplane in 2017, I was understandably elated. Starting from a set of plans and a box of poster board, my first homebuilt airplane was born. As more airplanes were built, many without plans, I began to develop an intuitive understanding of the intricate mechanics of flight.
